Peter's Very Alcoholic Christmas cake mix

For the last couple of years i have been making a Christmas cake mix for sale at the markets. I use 1lt French Brandy and a 75cl bottle of Vodka to give the mix a very Adult taste. This year i have made the same again but most are ordered to people who got some last year. It has taken over two months to get the alcohol to soak into the fruit but it's now almost complete and ready for packing.
