Due for delivery on the 25th March will be Turmeric root and Coriander leaves. Although fresh Coriander is available but when you are cooking and the shops are to far away to travel to Dried Coriander leaves in your storage jar is easy to use.
I am awaiting confirmation that my supplier can supply me with Harissa. Harissa is a fiery North African paste/ powder
that is orangey-red in colour. ... stews, spread it over salmon fillets
and grill until crisp, or swirl a generous spoonful through yoghurt to
make a spicy marinade.
Also a selection of dried Chilli's.
